One way to engage in a meaningful Bioethical or Medical Law related discussion is based on films (or TV series). During the 24th World Congress on Medical Law and Ethics we will have an opportunity to experience both active learning through a workshop using excerpts from films and passive learning through watching a full length movie followed by a discussion.
Films are increasingly being used as a teaching tool for Medicine, Health Professions, Law, Decision making etc.
One example, is the following list of "51 Gerontological Movies": https://www.pinterest.com/issidoron/gerontological-movies/
You are invited to share such lists or recommended movies in specific clinical or legal fields, and more specifically - ones that arise bioethical or medico-legal issues.
As we still have time to choose the movies to be watched and discussed during the Congress "mini film festival session" - You are invited to recommend your chosen film, and why you think it would be a good choice for us.
Medical law has some bioethics among the all films that were mentioned at this it was good to read along all the parts.
